I’m so excited to be participating in the Austin Mini Maker Faire on Saturday in two capacities.

First, I’m hosting a workshop on fruit scrap vinegars at 2pm. Check it out!

Something From Nothing: Fruit Scrap Vinegar Fermentation: Learn how to use fruit scraps from cooking, canning or baking projects to create distinctive and delicious live-cultured vinegars.

Second, I’m over the moon to be a guest typist all day at Typewriter Rodeo’s booth, #72! Find me behind my typewriter (one of the five I own), typing poems on the fly for faire attendees. We’re inside in the craft area.

Hope to see you out there!
