Little thoughts

I got a Facebook message today from a new friend who told me she was thinking about me lately. In this world of social media, so-much-email, and hyperconnectivity it’s a nice reminder to use those things for the little ways we can remind people we care.

I’m not sure why this struck me, perhaps because in the coming weeks I will in fact hope to connect with this person and ask her a few questions as I venture into some new-to-me territory. It inspired me to think up ways I can infuse my modern communications with a little more thoughtfulness.

How do you use your technology for crossing paths with friends in meaningful ways?
