For the final installment of the Tigress Can Jam, I made a grapefruit and chiles marmalade. Give my marmalade a fun name; the winning name wins you a jar of marmalade in the mail.
Make jelly (or syrup) with juices you have on hand. Apples in the fall mean fun jelly all winter long.
