Up the fancy ante with tea ice cubes

Summer is right around the corner, time to get thinking about all the porch and back deck sipping you’ll do. This hip trick was inspired by years of events and meetings I hosted at the Four Seasons; I always looked forward to sipping tea there. The beauty of tea ice cubes is when they melt, you don’t end up with watery iced tea.

Try this trick next time you cold-brew tea (or allow hot-brewed tea to come to room temp before you freeze it). Pour regular-strength tea into ice cube trays and freeze, store in a freezer bag until you’re ready to use them.
