Kate's kitchen featured on The Kitchn

Nope that’s not a typo you spied in the header, it’s a really great site for all things inspiring to home cooks, from recipes and methods to kitchen-based decor inspiration. Many of you are already Kitchn fans, so you’ll understand right off how thankful I am to be a part of the fabulous string of features they do on folks in their kitchens.

When you click through, you’ll soon discover that our orange pets, Isobel and Alfie, clearly steal the show.

The red accent wall is great, especially with your colorful pots on the pegboard, but what I love the most is your strawberry bed in a planter. (hmm, I guess that comment shows that I'm a gardener not a home decor person.) Thanks for sharing your kitchen with us.

What a beautiful kitchen! Looks like something featured in a magazine. And you're strawberries look so tasty! I always intend to preserve them, but they never last long enough in my house.
