New video - how to truss a chicken

So putting a book out means more videos. Not only because the new book has things in it that are most helpful if shown in person, but also because the gatekeepers for morning shows, local news, and other media appearances around the book launch want to know I’m not a total goober on camera. (Well, I am a total goober, but one that’s at least got a little bit of stage presence.)
