What a great idea -- fermentation is not just about booze! Lots of recently discovered health benefits from eating fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, kim chi. And of course there's beer!

Please come visit our store to taste the hand crafted fruit vinegars, nut, seed and olive oils and liqueurs imported direct from the European producers we work with. We also produce all the fruit vinegars in house from pomegranate to fig, pear to orange.
